Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process
We can’t check whether a visitor is above the age of 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. How long we preserve personal data.
Icon Eyewear B.V. also processes personal data that we are legally obliged to, such as data that we need for our tax return.
Icon Eyewear B.V. does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly required by law. We use the retention period of your personal and order data for 7 years, due to the legal retention obligation for transactions.

How we protect personal data
Icon Eyewear B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes visible and invisible measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.
